What was the author's main message in pseudoscience

This story kind of sounded convincing because the things that were in the article that my family say. So you really don’t know if it is true i think this main message was not to always believe in the article or other things that scientists say. I thought this was all a lie because chocolate is just something that makes you hyped also carrots are just healthy food that why i thought it was a lie but you never know.

The need to explain there method with enough detail.	They say chocolate can improve your memory.
sometimes scientists mostly test things instead of selling them.	They say that carrots makes your eyes see through the dark.

One of the things that I've learnt about it how they make vitamin c also to not believe the myth that scientists and advertisers say. I’ve also learnt not to always eat sweats and to just cut it down from eating sweets all the time.
