Genomics, today we had a fun day for genomics with glen innes school and glen brae school at pt england school. The first thing that started the day was Mr burt greeted the other schools that came and then he said a prayer, for us to have a good day.
Pt england senior students had to go back to there homeclass and wait for the other students to get a partner and go to a class. We got into 4 groups of 6 or 7, we then introduce ourselves and said what inspired us to learn genomics.
After we finish that we went back to sit in the street and wait for the instructions when we heard the instructions we played spot prize. When you just get asked questions about genomics and if you get it right you get a prize.
A couple of minutes went by and we went and had lunch, after that we had to get this piece of paper filled with questions we only had 15 minutes to try to figure out what they are you get points for getting it right. The two groups that got it right were my group and hpgirls
