Hangi in the oven

this is the 2nd to last tech class for this term. for this week for tech we made a hangi but in the oven. for the ingredients for the hangi is. onioni (slice), carrot (square), cabbage (slice), orange kurmara, potato, pumpkin and chicken. step 2 put the chicken in first and top up with the vegetable spices salt the bake 180 for 40 minutes.

Mince gravy with rice

today we had tech at tamaki collage for cooking. we made mince gravy with rice these are the ingredients. step 1 dice the onion and fry until it is soft, step 2 add mix vegetable and cook till it is soft, step 3 add the mince and fry until it is cook, step 4 add tomato soup and mix well, step 5 serve into white bowl.
